How to find when someone joined Roblox
Three reliable ways — pick whichever fits what you have in front of you:

- Method 2 · Check their Roblox profileOpen the player's profile on roblox.com, scroll to the Statistics section, and look for the Join Date. You'll need to be logged in, and it won't show the age in days — that's the math this site does for you.
- Method 3 · Look up the user IDEvery Roblox profile URL contains a user ID (roblox.com/users/12345/profile). Lower IDs mean older accounts — anything under one million joined before 2008.
Why check a Roblox account's age?
Account age is one of the fastest trust signals on Roblox. Before trading limiteds, joining a group, or clicking a link someone sent you, a quick join date check tells you whether you're dealing with a long-standing player or a throwaway account made yesterday. Scam accounts are overwhelmingly brand new — if an account is less than 30 days old and asking you to trade, treat it with caution. Age also matters for bragging rights: accounts created before 2010 are genuine OGs, and many players love showing off exactly how many days they've been on the platform. A brand-new account with a stolen avatar is the same impersonation tell elsewhere, so you can run a similar check on an Instagram account's age too.
What a Roblox user ID tells you
Every Roblox account has a permanent numeric user ID, assigned in order of sign-up. Lower IDs are older accounts: the very first accounts (including builderman, the co-founder's account) sit in the single and low digits, IDs under one million were all created before 2008, and the number climbs steadily from there. That means you can roughly estimate an account's era from its ID alone — but the checker above reads the real creation timestamp, so you get the exact date instead of an estimate. Account age and safe Roblox trading
If you trade limiteds or adopt-me pets, account age is your first line of defence. The most common Roblox trade scams run from accounts created within the last few weeks, because Roblox bans scam accounts quickly and the scammers simply make new ones. Before you accept a trade, check the other player's join date here: a multi-year account with friends and followers is far safer to deal with than a 12-day-old account with none. Age isn't a guarantee, but combined with friends, followers and trade history it filters out most bad actors.
How the Roblox join date is calculated
Every Roblox profile includes a public creation timestamp. This checker reads that timestamp directly from the official Roblox users API, then converts it into the account's exact age in days and years. Because the data comes straight from Roblox rather than estimates or third-party databases, the date you see is the real one shown on the profile — accurate to the day, for any account from 2006 to today.
Roblox account age is not the same as age verification
Account age means when a Roblox account was created. Age verification means proving a real user’s age through Roblox’s own age check flow, such as facial age estimation or ID verification. This checker only reads public account creation data. It cannot verify your real age on Roblox.
